It's a lot larger inside than it looks from the outside. There are so many different options for children to play on including video games. The pizza was actually pretty good. Every employee there was smiling and super happy. I don't know how they do it because being around that many screaming, running, excited, energetic kids for hours on end would drive me crazy. Every employee was extremely helpful and courteous and very patient with all those children running around. The bathrooms were clean. The snack area was clean. They cleaned the tables off as soon as people left. I attended a birthday party and the birthday room was the perfect size. Our party room attendant was a super sweetest young man. He was so patient with everyone and did not seem annoyed by all of the screaming and excited kids running in his way while he was doing his job. He brought us everything we asked for with a smile. They are extremely organized. I love the colored wristband method. A child did get hurt while we were there and the employees rushed to help her. They were organized, they weren't frantic or freaking out at all. They had clear communication with each other. Because they were so organized and professional it kept the parents from freaking out and they kept the child relaxed until the ambulance arrived. You could totally tell this was not their first rodeo. Before I got there, I was wondering, would it smell strange because of all the little kids and the sweat, it being an enclosed building and the no shoe thing, but to my surprise, it smelled clean, I didn't see any trash anywhere you can definitely tell that they take pride in this business.

My socks were black on the bottom when we left and all I did was one light walking around to follow my daughter. I definitely wouldn't let my crawling baby anywhere near that floor. And the toys were everywhere. It was like a bomb had gone off. Seems like the gal that was running the front could have spent a little more time tidying up from the day rather than sitting on her phone. It was $18 and would totally be worth it if they did a better job deep cleaning and maintaining throughout the day.

They have a great size space to keep an eye on your little one easily. My little one had a blast playing with everything for 2-3 hours. They have snack drink area and also sell some items if you need something to eat/drink. They are sock so ensure you bring some, if not you can purchase some for $3! They had two restrooms and everything was mostly when we arrived on Sunday morning. They can host parties as well. Con: a lot of the small toys should be replaced like play food, blocks, and the small shelf that have some misc electric toys. Tables were sticky from constant use of wiping and cleaning.

We arrived around 11am there were 2 parties going on and thankfully wasn't busy! Compared to the RP-Fresno location this is smaller but I actually liked it more than Rp. The play area is cleaner. Upon entry we were greeted. You have to sign waivers before you can enter. They had a self-serve kiosk or a QR code you can scan. At the time we arrived the kiosk was a bit lagging so it took a few minutes for us to get our waivers signed. It's about $20 per child (1+) and 2 adult for free per child. Socks are required, you can bring your own or you can purchase there. They give you bins to place your shoes in as it's a no shoe zone once they let you in (you can where your shoes in the bathroom area). They offer lockers for free, they sell snack and drinks. There's plenty of chairs and tables. Your admission is good for the whole day, so keep your receipt if you're planning to leave and come back before they . They have a room where the kids can have a dance party, or play projected arcade games. My husband and I tagged teamed our kids and we were only there for alittle over an hour and they KO'd in the car. They do offer snacks, ice cream, and drinks, but no full meals. You're allowed to bring water bottles, but no outside food and drink items. I'll be honest, I still bring a few small snacks items in my backpack because 90% of what they sell here, we have in our pantry at home. Looking for a place to host your birthday party? I came here last Saturday afternoon when they opened. Color Me Mine has definitely changed since…read morethe pandemic and under the new ownership at this location it has been a disappointment. It used to feel much more colorful, with ceramic pieces displayed throughout the entire store to choose from. Now, most of the ceramics are limited to one wall, and the overall atmosphere feels more modern rather than having the warm, family-oriented environment I remember from when I worked there years ago for many years. And no more fun discount days. The process has changed as well. Staff now ask what paint colors you would like and bring them to your table instead of the previous self-serve setup. Once you enter, they ask how many people are in your group, tell you what table to sit at, and give you a plate of colors along with instructions on the number of coats. They don't often check up if you need clean water either. Things that stayed the same is after you paint you leave the pieces on the table and they clean everything for you. Once you pay they give you your receipt and they write down when your piece will be ready. And they can only hold it in store for two weeks once's ready. Something new that's nice is they text you now. Because some don't have the best handwriting. I could not ready the date on my receipt card when it will be ready. Ceramic pieces range from $20 and up, plus there is a $10 studio fee. Definitely pricy the cheapest one I saw was $24. No outside food is allowed, and there is a 50% charge for broken pieces. Guests are also asked to wash their hands before handling the ceramics, and prices are labeled underneath each piece. They also no longer have paint pens or options to have employees charge extra to get writing done one the pieces. I wish the staff wore name tags or at least introduced themselves. My friends and I often felt like we had to raise our hands to get assistance since paint is no longer self-serve. They wait too long for three people working there and was not even busy. I asked one employee for his name and we thought we heard Jay, although the receipt said Jad. He was probably the most helpful staff member we interacted with. Another employee seemed half asleep, hard to get his attention for help and didn't appear to enjoy his job, and he forgot a few items I had requested. One of my friends was visiting from out of town and had never been to Color Me Mine before. I think, having worked here for many years before the pandemic, I had certain expectations based on the level of customer service we used to provide during that time. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I don't plan on bringing my son either. The new policy requiring every person to pay the studio fee--even if they're just there to watch and not paint--is disappointing. They have plenty of tables and seats on one table, and even if I were painting by myself, I wouldn't want to be expected to share a table with strangers. That policy alone is enough to keep us from coming back. I recommend trying a different place in Fresno.

My family got here when we they opened. Conner explained how to clean the item and how many coats of paint to put on the item so it stands out. He was attentive and very kind. Was willing to refill all our paint in our trays multiple times and never had a disgruntled attitude. He was the best helper we have ever had. He was fantastic at helping other adults and children around us as well. Was a experience to remember. I recommend this for 3 years old and up, just understand that it could take you 45 minutes or you could be like me and take 3 hours.
