Maria the instructor/ owner made me feel so welcome and comfortable the whole time. I honestly didn't know what to expect and was a bit nervous at first. There were some old and new students in the class, they were all really nice. During the class Maria explained everything as she went along, we did have a few water breaks in between. I really learned quite abit for my first time, education is very important when embarking on a new fitness journey. The class I took was the Bellydance Movement. I actually left feeling energized and refreshed from a 1hr class! I will be purchasing a class pass, you save a little more with this option. Im so glad I tried it, and Yes I will be taking classes at least once a week! She also teaches Bellydance at the University Of South Carolina.
