They continuously mess around with the heat sensors at the YMCA claiming the sauna here isn't "hot enough" as it is in their country of origin. They in turn mess up the sauna and put it out of commission for weeks/if not months.

Suzanne has a real gift for explaining things and was extremely patient. The workshop was so much fun. We got handouts that I now keep in my camera bag for easy reference. We were given assignments and instructions before each activity. We had time then to practice then gather back as a group. After the class we went for coffee and had an opportunity to share our photos and get feedback from Suzanne. It was the best photography class I've ever had. The classes are small and Ms. Cross gives everyone a lot of personal attention. My daughter is improving so much especially in her technique. Ms. Cross follows the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus which is a challenge to all the girls. My daughter looks up to the high school girls so much who are very focused and skilled. Kate Cross definately knows how to run a studio!

This is not a child/family friendly environment. After 45 days of attendance while a black card…read moremember a manager i have never previously encountered insisted on electronicly signing in my child as a guest. Meaning without my child having access to a cellphone and without an email address i could not utilize the guest feature on my membership. This is not worth the 25 dollars monthly or 50 dollars yearly maintenance fee. I would be hesitant to bring a child here. I would not consider the black card member. The implications that this is a safety issue is laughable considering the guest registration literally asks for first/last name and email address with no confirmation. Regardless of what happens with my guest should questions be asked they will be directed to myself.
