She was pretty good, a little inexperienced but professional & good massage. After my groupon I was told I could see another therapist for the same deal so I booked & came back. The person at the desk was on a personal call with a debt collector for about 15 minutes I waited. I'm thinking I maybe should say something to the owner. She gets off the phone & proceeds to explain her whole situation & phone call to me then takes me back for my massage where I had to wait further while she remade the bed & prepared for me & I realize she IS the owner. My end time was still an hour after my appointment start time even though I didn't get on the table for at least 20 minutes. She talked throughout the whole massage about inappropriate things. Then asked me how the other masseuse did which I get, as her boss/owner getting feedback but then she proceeded to badmouth the other girl. That's horrible customer service & business! I wouldn't go back to her if the massage was amazing. Just terrible, very unprofessional!
