I went to visit Dr. Flores at Oswego Progressive Medicine a few weeks ago after an ER visit for a severe attack. The doctors in ER sent me home on steroid doses more than double that of chemotherapy patients and enough albuterol to give me sever shakes and tremors, but I was still unable to breath enough to leave my couch for more than a few minutes. I left the hospital over $1000 poorer (no insurance) and with no real alleviation from my symptoms. Dr. Flores gave me an all-natural treatment of IV magnesium and B12 and, after only an hour, was able to walk out of the clinic without labored breathing. I went back for a follow-up treatment the following day and was able to return to work that afternoon. I can't thank the physicians at Oswego Progressive Medicine enough for helping me to find alternative treatments for my asthma that don't include side-effect laden drugs and expensive medications. They are kind, professional, and I will be referring all of my friends, family, and clients in the future!

Susan is extremely strict when it comes to being late 5-10 mins and got super upset with me if I was ever a few mins late (which I completely understand the policy of being 15-20mins late that can effect other clients but felt she wasn't accommodating to me at all. I am currently 6 months pregnant, and pregnancy brain is a real thing so being a few mins late out the door is not uncommon for anyone in pregnancy. Susan lacked very little compassion for my circumstances and acted extremely passive aggressive whenever late, to the point where she put needles deep in me pretty aggressively & I had to ask her to stop. I have never in 10 years of receiving acupuncture ever experienced this. Today she got angry at me for being 7 mins late, therefore I was not comfortable being in a vulnerable space to have needles put in me & had to cut ties with her practice. Hope this helps others and hope she can learn to have empathy & flexibility for her pregnant clients because I left her practice with my nervous system unregulated & hurt.
