Once a year I need to get a link added or removed, and the service has always been covered since I bought the watches from Zales. Multiple employees have told me that this was the policy, managers included. This year however, I was told it would be $25 per watch, and that the policy has always been that way. I've had probably a dozen watches resized here over the years without being charged, until now. Bad business to not at least cover two watches being resized when they have always covered it before. Customer service everywhere is just crappy these days. It's no wonder brick and mortar shops are closing on a daily, and people are just resorting to online shopping. You will likely even be greeted by someone dressed head to toe in cowboy attire. There's a sense of charm to that. Downstairs, the clothing selection continues, but you'll also find a small museum dedicated to the memory of Doc Holiday. It's unmanned, but they request a $5 donation to keep the place going. There's a video running on a loop that tells you a bit about the history, too.
