Great design, mediocre food, terrible service. I really want to like this place, since it has a great vibe, atmosphere, concept, and I live close by. But the coffee is bad, the food so-so, and the waitstaff a disaster. I've lived here for 5 years, so I'm used to the famous poor service in BA restaurants. But this experience was the worst. The waiters just clearly need a lot more training (if they've had any at all). We had to ask for each item multiple times, because they kept getting it wrong or forgetting. And basic courtesy and common-sense was nowhere to be found. Hopefully management will work on making things better. read more

Worst restaurant experience of my entire life. We waited 30 minutes before a waiter came to take our order, then he mistook and brought wrong plate and finally the food was horrible and impossible to finish, and at a ridiculous price. I ordered the gnocchi and never had a plate with such a horrible taste. My friend got a beef carpaccio instead of a salmon one, it was full of disgusting mayonnaise, and a salmon salad with very little salmon and an untasted salad. Will definitely never go again. I went yesterday for lunch. Staff very friendly but I ordered a Tuna bruschetta and after a few bites I realized it was tasting very bad. I regret to have gone eat here. Once it was much better quality but now the food quality has declined considerably. Conclusion: I am still very sick. At that point I mentioned the issue at the restaurant and they tried it and agreed with me it was tasting very bad. I wasn't charged for the meal. However I am still suffering of a very bad indigestion due to this. Avoid this place. I rated it 2 stars and not one because the waitress was very friendly but the food a disgrace! read more

Great casual cafe with a very fun and boisterous atmosphere. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. The salads are great, big with lots of ingredients. I had the burger which was flavorful and big enough to take half home. The lasagne was excellent, as was the salmon. read more
