We finally received a call back, and to be fair, we were given a gift certificate to compensate for their mistake. Unfortunately, things only got worse. We have had so many issues contacting them to reschedule the session. Numerous calls daily for 2 weeks went unreturned. Numerous emails went unanswered. When we finally got a call back and rescheduled, Tabitha was apologetic, but the poor customer service continued. Our rescheduled session was in November. It's now March and we STILL don't have our prints. It took over two weeks, multiple phone calls, and multiple emails (again) to get an invoice with our credit applied. When the invoice finally arrived, I was told the prints would be available for pick-up that Friday....that was over three weeks ago!! Again, I've left numerous voice messages and sent numerous emails....no response. We've paid for the session, but have NOTHING to show for it. No prints. Nothing. Only frustration due to no return calls/messages. I have offered to just get a credit for the session we paid for and be done with this whole fiasco...no response. The staff may be friendly, but it does not make up for their poor customer service. Four months, money paid, and nothing to show for it. I personally would never go to them again...and would strongly recommend others to find someone else. I saw several reviews on Facebook of others having similar issues with non-receipt of prints and unreturned messages/calls....sadly, I'm not alone.

She is also very accommodating to schedules , which is amazing when you try to balance a new life with a newborn/ toddler. I cannot say enough about how amazing she is.
