There were no lapses in our coverage and we told him we could prove that wasn't correct. After providing our proof of continuous insurance, the Sr. Sales Associate did not provide us with our requested auto insurance policy quote. We received no reply from the Sr. Sales Associate, so I decided to contact the agent who is responsible for this location, on the Allstate site by way of email message. That was approximately a month ago and neither my wife or myself have yet to hear back of either the Sr. Sales Associate or the agent who represents this office. Consequently, we are no longer interested in doing business with Allstate now. Our goal is to bring this to Allstate's attention. My wife and I believe this disregard for customer service probably isn't acceptable to the standards of Allstate. If this doesn't represent how Allstate normally conducts their business, please let us know.
