I retained this firm but I should have done my research before retaining them. Throughout my case, the attorney working on the case was changed multiple times. I have not spoken with the same attorney twice. It was a new person everytime. At some point, and due to many red flags , I decide do switch firm but they started demanding that I cannot take the case from them or I should pay them a large sum of money for their time. Tha being said, they decided to file suit. Then, just 3 business days to the deadline, they decided to drop the case with no explanation! Please avoid at all the cost.

I initially was sent an email after I reported it over the phone saying that someone had tried to contact me but was unable to do so. I then received another email from an assistant there saying the same thing. I called back and got her on the line and she informed me that they only l just send initial contact via email and essentially lied about ever calling me. I look past that and provide additional details, she says an attorney will reach out to me7 days later and schedule an appointment for that. We are now going on 2 weeks before I am even speaking to attorney for a consultation on my case. I call today to try to get an earlier time to speak to the attorney which was set for tomorrow and the assistant changes the time. Not even one hour goes by and I receive an email stating the firms COO has determined they are over capacity and they will not have the capacity to take my case. I tell them that I would prefer that they handle since i've waited this long and I had been referred to them. They essentially say sorry not sorry cant do it. But I catch them in a lie because I had forgot about the first person that emailed me from their firm to set up a consultation, the very same woman I had just spoke to today called me to follow up on that email and to try and schedule me for a consultation???? Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous I wouldn't have even thought to write a review if it wasnt for that call.

He literally started yelling at me saying this would not work and I was totally blown away. Never had a professional company spoke to me this way. I asked him not to yell at me and he hung up on me. I had reached out to Randy and his firm based on a referral. We booked time for a specific date and time as my calendar is very full and typically I have back to back meetings. Randy no showed for the meeting and did not even reach out. When I reached out he said he was on another call. I get that I am a new potential client but he could have at least notified me he would be late but instead I had to reach out. When he finally called me he was rude and arrogant. He did not feel my business was worth it and told me up front he would not do business with me - he would not do business with me because I asked him why he could not have told me he was late. He then began yelling at me and then just hung up. Is this how people behave - what happen to professionals? I would avoid this firm at all cost. Right now their phone numbers do not work and when you get a vm it is full - even when you tell them its full, they do nothing. If you are going to be late you let your client or potential client know. You apologize and not yell at the client because the client is upset for your behavior.
