I had reached out to Randy and his firm based on a referral. We booked time for a specific date and time as my calendar is very full and typically I have back to back meetings. Randy no showed for the meeting and did not even reach out. When I reached out he said he was on another call. I get that I am a new potential client but he could have at least notified me he would be late but instead I had to reach out. When he finally called me he was rude and arrogant. He did not feel my business was worth it and told me up front he would not do business with me - he would not do business with me because I asked him why he could not have told me he was late. He then began yelling at me and then just hung up. Is this how people behave - what happen to professionals? I would avoid this firm at all cost. Right now their phone numbers do not work and when you get a vm it is full - even when you tell them its full, they do nothing. If you are going to be late you let your client or potential client know. You apologize and not yell at the client because the client is upset for your behavior.

When I first contacted the firm, I expected to work with one of the senior attorneys, but my case was assigned to Ms. Price, who was always respectful, courteous, and professional. My concerns were never with her personally. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the firm was very disappointing. Communication was extremely poor. There were long periods--sometimes months--without any updates on my case, and I often had to initiate contact by emailing or calling just to find out what was happening. On top of that, nearly every communication seemed to generate another charge. Emails, phone calls, faxes--everything was billed, making an already expensive process even more frustrating. As a first-time divorce client, I relied on the firm's guidance and expected better case management. Instead, I felt there was a lack of oversight from the senior attorneys. When I raised my concerns, they suggested a Zoom meeting, but it became apparent that they were not familiar with the details of my case. Eventually, Ms. Price left the firm, and I was given an ultimatum: stay with the firm, follow Ms. Price, or find another attorney. After spending nearly a year with this firm and making little meaningful progress, I decided to hire different counsel. The new attorney achieved the results I needed, but only after additional time and expense. The firm did not offer any reimbursement or credit despite my concerns. My advice to anyone considering this firm is to get everything in writing, ask for regular case updates, and carefully review how communication is billed so there are no surprises.
