When I asked about it they said it would lower my premiums. I said I did not want this or ask for it. They did it anyways. I told them I will find a new insurance carrier and I did. My last payment was in December. Here it is March and they just took out $114. They said it was a past due payment. I told.them I was finding new insurance. They said I never called and canceled my insurance. We'll to my understanding when I said I am going to find new insurance that is canceling the insurance. I asked for them to reimburse the money they took. They said they can't and won't reimburse it. They are thief's and should go out of business. Save your money and your sanity and go with a different insurance company.

No explanation of terms,just a "I've been doing this for 17 yrs,and never heard of this" and " I don't know who you were talking too,but we don't do that" ...Well apparently they have,because I have records of previous years,with dates and they better as well.In closing,with a perfect payment record and zero claims,I was told by owner I wouldn't be able to get insurance with them again by cancelling...These actions contradict all their sales pitches and mottos on their home page.And graduating from BYU, shows a questionable reason why that would even be mentioned.

They never tried the cell phone number listed on my invoices. It sucked, and it was my fault, but when I called to see if I could get my coverage reinstated I was told "you can pay if you want, but that doesn't mean your insurance is going to get reinstated". You sell insurance and you don't know if we can fix this or not? I have rarely been treated like such an annoyance. I complained, so they called to apologize for my bad experience but ask me to" acknowledge that they had returned my call". I guess I'm happy to provide a verbal that nothing is again their fault if it makes them feel better. It was humiliating. Almost two decades with them and they made me cry on the way to work. It was the only time I ever paid late. Definitely time for a new broker who has more respect for his "little" clients.
