Yes this is several years after the service existed, and returned to see if there was a pattern, there is. Consider other lawn services as its not worth arguing with someone that is not customer focused.

Mike's "guarantee" suddenly turned into an "act of God" that was not covered. Despite my frustration, I told Mike that I would share some of the replacement costs, and then was sent another outrageous bill. Go elsewhere for your needs. The latest appointment in the day is 1-3 pm which is difficult for our work schedule. When we opted for the 1-3 the service person called at 11:30 saying they were on their way! That seems too far outside the windows to expect customers to quickly adjust. They also give a base-line, per-call price but dot give an estimate before working. They also invoice for their services. Once the work was done it took 2 phone calls and 2 hours just to know how much we owed for the fix.

We have been long‑term customers of Trinity, but the quality of their landscaping work has declined…read moresignificantly in recent years. Over the past 1-2 years, we've experienced repeated issues with plant installations, many of which failed within 18 months. In February, Trinity pruned--and ultimately destroyed--four large, healthy plants (3-4 feet tall) that we had planted ourselves the previous summer. This was done without our knowledge or permission. It took nearly four months for them to replace only two of the plants, and they refused to replace the other two, insisting they would "come back." One never did, and the other is only now starting to recover and is barely a foot tall. When they replaced the two plants, one arrived with a snapped limb that they left unaddressed and refused to replace. We also had to replace five holly bushes that Trinity installed two years ago. They were planted unevenly and improperly spaced, and despite being replanted, they began dying again within two weeks. Trinity has refused to honor their warranty or work with us toward a resolution. There is a clear pattern of poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and difficulty in communication. We have since moved on to a new landscaping company that has been excellent.
