He is also completely honest and always gives you all of your options for the work you need done. They are always kind, compassionate, funny, understanding and forgiving! Dr. Jordan Lewart is a true dental artist. He can transform your smile from awful to gorgeous. At the same time, he handles fillings, caps, crowns with a talent and technique that is painless, quick and professional. I cannot say enough about this uber dentist. Annette is the front desk person and a nicer, funnier and more personable woman you have never met. The dental hygienist is superb and Dr. Lewart's assistants are always cheerful and encouraging. I admit I am a baby when it comes to dental work. I gave birth to two 8 1/2lb. babies with NO drugs and I cower at thought of a drill or a Novocain shot. With Dr. Lewart you can barely feel the initial injection and after that, it's smooth sailing. I have been going through a necessary dental implant and it is not a procedure for the faint-hearted. They have all made this trying process as pleasant as it can be and I know it is being done correctly and will look beautiful when it's finished. Growing up, I never had tooth pain, yet every time I visited this dentist, I was told I had…read morecavities in my molars until I needed to get a crown. Before getting the crown, I was advised that I'd need a root canal, which I still haven't needed to this day (over 10 years). After arguing back and forth, he agreed just to use a crown, and the root canal was never needed. While going to this Dr. Blumenfeld, I consistently asked if there was a way that I could get yellow spots removed from my teeth, and I was told that only if I spent thousands of dollars (each) on veneers, could I solve the problem. This would have required grinding off the front of my teeth which is an irreversable procedure, and would also require maintenance for the rest of my life to have them replaced every few years. In getting the crown replaced by my new dentist, he asked me when I got my braces off. When I told him 1996, he asked me why my previous dentist never buffed off the braces cement from my teeth. He proceeded to remove the cement in 30 seconds with a buffer and solved the problem. So this discoloration problem had nothing to do with my teeth whatsoever, and was a simple procedure which he did for no extra charge. After being self conscious about my teeth for 20 years, I now get complemented on how white they are. If I were you, I wouldn't go to this dentist under any circumstances. He was always pushing large procedures (veneers, root canals, etc.) that are unneeded and which are all measures which he would profit off of greatly. If you want a dentist who is interested in your health and well being, this is not the guy for you.

A little over 4 years ago the doctor stopped taking out insurance in which he neglected to tell us, not only were we not told he continued to treat us and then handed us extensive invoices, it was at that point we were told "oh we no longer take your insurance" this was after he performed much more then routine exams & cleanings. In addition he referred me for an oral surgery that now 7 years later I am told the tooth should have been extracted 7 years earlier and not had an extensive surgery performed. Do your homework prior to walking into this office, come to find out he has done this to another family member of mine as well as a very good friend in which we referred both to his office.

The whole experience was extremely pleasant from getting an appointment and communicating her needs. My wife has anxiety issues and they calmly and compassionately accommodated her, which many places haven't. They're located just off the main street with on-street parking that was readily available. Externally it looks like a home, but entering the door the lobby is very nice with comfortable seating. Present times being as they are, we were tested for temperatures and required to wear a mask which is great because I wouldn't want to go to a place that didn't! Unfortunately, they are not in-network so we had to pay out of pocket. They did guide us with how to submit for the reimbursement though. To sum everything up, They made a situation that is normally dreadful and ridden with anxiety smooth and as enjoyable a process as going to the dentist could be. We'll be back!
