I had a cleaning, x-rays and check-up last week. The x-rays were digital, fast, and convenient, and were cataloged with my dental history. The cleaning was gentle, professional, and fast. The hygienist is always knowledgeable about questions I have concerning oral health and new dental products, which is nice because then I don't need to take the Doctor's time with potentially trivial questions. Dr. McKeever is also very knowledgeable and provides very high quality care, and I know he would gladly take the time to answer any questions I may have (because he has in the past). Also, everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and highly skilled. It is a pleasure to go to Dr. McKeever's (even when - and especially when - you have to have bad stuff done). These guys are great. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean office. Very Efficient. Dr. McKeever is very friendly and an expert with a laser. I came in, I was brought into a room almost immediately, and he got right to work. With the laser, no more numbing injection. He fixed my cavity in no time. Tony, his dental assistant made the experiences even more pleasant with friendly conversation. I was there for about 30 minutes from start to finish. Couldn't be any happier. Had my check up recently and Kristen the hygienist was great and noticed something that had bothered me over the holidays but I forgot about it. OMG a fractured tooth root in my front smile. Within days Dr. McKeever was able to pull the tooth and put in an implant and a temporary crown so that I don't have a gap or have to wear a flapper. I am crazynimpressed and never had real pain. Wow, just wow! It's official Dr. McKeever is the best dentist ever! Leave it to me to have a major dental emergency two days before vacation. Having serious concerns about not being able to get anything done until after i came back, I called Dr. McKeever's office hoping to be seen. When i explained my situation the girl at the front, Jen, was so nice and understanding she was able to work me into the Dr.'s very busy day. And as usual, the work upon completion was perfection! Dr. McKeever is and excellent Dentist. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and just generally great! I could not recommend the office or Dr. McKeever more highly. They have better and more up to date equipment than my previous dentist, who was also good, but the services I received here were superior. ALWAYS get a second opinion before agreeing to dental work with Darren McKeever. I used to be a patient here, and I had him on several occasions tell me I needed lengthy expensive dental procedures, only to find out he was trying to rip me off. Iv seen him get very rude and nasty with his patients and staff right in front of other patients and staff, and he gets mad if you ask questions. His weight also makes him clumsy around medical equipment. Iv had this dentist try to schedule appointments for me without even having a reason (kind of suspicious), and Iv had them suddenly decide that in the middle of some dental work that the price went up hundreds of dollars and I have to pay on the spot and it cant be through insurance (VERY suspicious). Thats about when I decided to find a new dentist. The business model here seems to be - as soon as someone comes in the door, get them to schedule more appointments. Then try to get them to agree to expensive dental work before they realize they dont actually need it. Then call them constantly to schedule more appointments. This dentist is unprofessional and untrustworthy and I do not recommend going here. read more

I can't say enough good things about this practice! From the moment I called to set an appointment the staff was so helpful and really worked with me. I called several times to change the time/ date of my appointment. Do to work they never gave me a hard time and very understanding! The day of my appointment was great! I can honestly say it was a joy going here!! I worked with four different people ALL of them are where fantastic! Great enthusiasm and always talked to me to let me know exactly what they are doing and made everything so comfortable! The doc was AMAZING! So nice and really talked you through a treatment plan. If I could leave no stars I would. I recently had dental work that cost me thousands of dollars and afterwards I told the doctor I was unhappy and he made excuses instead of re-doing the work. He tried to make me feel like it was all in my head and that there was a "period of psychological adjustment" that I needed to go through. I was there for dental work not a psychological assessment. He also told me that his peers all think that re-doing the work is crazy. I don't remember ever asking him what his peers think. Why would any of his peers say anything remotely negative about his work? It's hilarious how dense he clearly thought I was. I should have known that things weren't going to turn out well when he screwed up the bonding material leaving pieces of temporary teeth breaking off into my food and my mouth. His last effort was to say that the company he got the product from refused to give him the materials to re-do the work. I would not recommend. He lost the business of myself, my family members, and my respect as a healthcare professional. read more
