She acted as if just because someone was applying for disability they were no longer in their profession for instance, oh you WERE a doctor, now your disabled so you're no longer a doctor...um no, you aren't you're still a doctor till you die...just because you become disabled doesn't mean you lose your education and license. you can even still work part time keep disability so she needs education desperately.
