I received 3 speeding tickets, 3 separate times, and he was able to keep them off my record and made it easy to know how to navigate on how to pay the administrative fee to the courts with the citation number etc. I am not very tech savvy so he was patient and sent me 5 photo examples with my name on it to pay.courts.gov. I followed the examples and was able to make payment the first time without any problem. I give him the highest marks in every area. I'm sure he is a great family man and family man as well doing his best to provide for his family. He did an exceptional job and I give him my and high/strongest recommendation.

I don't know the experience this other guy had, but all I can say is this was the best legal…read morerepresentation I've ever had in my 50 years. He was not just good - he was OUTSTANDING!! My cases were serious traffic citations (speed) which were complicated by specific AR laws. I was afraid I might lose my license over speeding. Let me say first, before you go expecting the world from any Arkansas lawyer: This state & its employees are not renown for their judicial ethics & behavior -- Google: "Arkansas officer/sheriff gets arrested" to see what I mean. This extends to the less publicized judges & ADAs as well to some extent. Keep this in mind while taming your expectations of "American Justice"... It left long ago with the Arkansas economy. Much of the outcome of your case depends on which judge you get, which prosecutor you get, and what kind of a day they are having. In a world such as this, much gets accomplished via RELATIONSHIPS between lawyers, judges, and police. Connections, relationships, and the knowledge that goes with them---This, along with a stainless-steel- work-ethic is what Whaley brought to me. I wouldn't be writing this novel about them if it weren't true. I've no motivation to lie to you dear readers. This is me expressing my gratitude for them. My lawyer had connections - knew people who knew people who knew people; and that made all the difference. He also took about 40 mins per phone call with me to "explain how it works", which helped me sleep at night prior to my case being resolved. He had strong legal acumen & an amazing work ethic. The poor guy suffered a DETACHED RETINA just days before my court date & was still calling me, helping me, working on my case while laying face-down in bed trying to keep his eye from falling apart. The man was facing potential blindness & STILL worked on my case well into the night, due to the time constraints we faced. We discussed trial strategies & argument angles, but we never needed a trial. He got me an outcome better than I had even dare hope for, and he obtained this not in trial, but by talking to people he knew, and their friends, and their connections. When I get another traffic ticket (which seems to be the primary purpose of all law enforcement in this state), Whaley is my people.

Its a pandemic, so most court dates are being done over the phone, as with mines. She hadn't even called to brief me. And 30 minutes prior to my actual court time, I had to call her secretary to have her to call me; which she did 10 to 15 minutes before I had to actually be in court. She was so unprepared, she had no, absolutely no, paperwork or file on hand. She was talking fast and cutting me off. She did not give the judge my proper full diagnosis I had to cut in, to try and help myself. Mind you I waited a year and close to six months, to get a denial once again; because she did absolutely nothing to fight for my case. she sat on the phone and acted as if she didn't know me and wasn't on my side during court. I don't think she has any common sense and slightly book smart. So the judge gave us time to turn in medical records because she wasn't prepared. And the day the files were suppose to be sent the last day they were suppose to be at ssa, her secretary went on vacation, and noone knew if my files had reached her office. So I took it upon myself, to go to each doctor collecting my medical files one by one. Her reputation is so bad, that even the worker in medical records at UAMS; said that she always neglects her clients and she's had so many people come get their own files for her. For crying out loud what is the point in her being an attorney if she doesn't support her clients. She comes off as money hungry just there to catch the pay off your settlement. Smh I have so much more to say about her, but I won't exhaust anyone with a reading because I can write a book about her failure to do my case. I hope you get the point.
