RUN!!!! Do not use this agent. I signed up with AllState in March for both auto and home. I had previously looked online for agents and saw this one had a lot of bad reviews. So when the rep on the phone said we are going to sign you up with Agent I told them I didn't want him because of the bad reviews. The rep says don't worry you don't have to deal with him you can just call us and we can help you here. Never spoke to this agent he just sent me a lot of useless emails. So about two months later I get a cancellation letter for my home owners insurance and I have two weeks to get a minor issue on a shed door that needs repaired. I called Allstate and they told me you should've received pictures from your agent stating about the repairs from your agent. I have received nothing from this agent but this cancellation letter. I have called and left two messages and a rep from AllState called and told him to call us. It's a week later and still nothing. This man came to my house into my fenced yard walking around taking pictures which I have no problem with but for him not to contact us to let us what's going on is unacceptable. I am in the process of making a complaint with AllState and then I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This agent is in this for the money not customer service. The process was so smooth. The agent just reached out to me and all I had to do was give him the details like name , address and move in date. And the next day the documents were all ready and I just had to pay for the insurance. Very good experience. read more

Not helpful this agent was assigned to me automatically because I got my policy online. I was told I had to reach out to this office directly for any changes or questions. When I called I was basically told it was emailed to me already even though I never got the email and they couldn't see anything because my policy was started online. I don't know why I have to call 3 different people to get information about my policy. read more

We enjoyed being an Allstate customer for three years, until renewal this year. Our rates doubled (I am not kidding on this) and we called several times and were told there was nothing we could do. How about reviewing the policy and having another look? I then sent Mr. Devine an email and guess what? No response. So this agent obviously does not care once he has you as a customer. I got a quote from another insurance company and as we were going through the information, I was asked about additional drivers in my household. I told her it's just me and my husband. She said well "who is Daniel Devine?" He is listed as a driver on your policy? Whaaaat? Maybe he has a bad driving record and that's why our rates doubled. As you can see I am not a happy customer and was never in good hands. Think twice about using this agency. They really do not care after taking your money. Not a good experience at all. read more
