The worst realty company I have ever dealt with. After paying my rent only 5 days late (yes I…read moreadmit it was my oversight), I was told they were starting eviction proceedings. After speaking with the office and confirming what I had to pay (rent and late fee $25), I went on line and paid what I was told to pay. What they did not tell me was there was an additional $15 fee and eve to this day will not tell me what it is for. Because of this, they continued the eviction proceedings and forced me to pay the ransom in order to keep from having to go to court (over $15 that I did not know I owed and still don't know why is was charged). Do not deal with them because they will treat you like scum and take you for all they can, because they can. Foretold is forewarned.
