There was a space/hole in his tooth that got bacteria inside, and he got a major infection. I have NEVER seen anyone in this much pain. He couldn't sleep or eat for days, he was throwing up, and shaking, and we almost went to the emergency room. We ended up going to my dentist today and they had to slice open his gums to drain the puss from the infection to relieve the pressure, and numbing agents were useless. Now he has to go get major surgery to save his tooth and have his infected root sawed out. NOT ONLY THAT... but he has to suffer in excruciating pain for a week until a dental surgeon can see him... and pay thousands of dollars to fix Nadia Pokrovskaya's work. Don't go here.

I don't recall the date exactly One of their patients who was scheduled ahead of me apparently canceled their appointment and they put me in to that appointment at 2:10 PM, but I had other things to do and I wanted to keep my appointment at 3 PM. I texted them at 3 PM about my appointment and they told me that I was being charged for a missed appointment and that they couldn't make any other appointments for me until this charge was paid and when I asked how much it was it was $100. Now I don't think it's my responsibility to have to accept their earlier appointment when I've already planned my day around my 3 o'clock appointment. So I didn't get to the dentist that day because they told me I didn't have any appointment at 3 o'clock or on any other day.(until I pay the hundred dollar missed appointment fee.). I didn't miss my appointment. They tried to change it and now they won't make any appointments until they get their hundred bucks.!! If you think this is "taking care"of their clients then expect that kind of treatment from them if you become one of their customers! I've never been treated so shoddily by a medical office in all my 80 years. And believe me I've been in a lot of medical offices in these last 80 years so if I could give him a half a star, I would give them a half a star, but not because of the dentist because of the office staff. I've been with them for years --before anybody who works in that office today worked there. And this is how their current office staff treats their long-term patients when there is a little issue over an appointment time. I contend that my appointment shouldn't necessarily be changed because a client ahead of me canceled their appointment. They should try to fill that appointment with someone on their waitlist. Their behavior in this matter, I feel, was totally unacceptable and I will ultimately take this matter to court to get my $100.00 back. If I didn't like my dentist so much I'd never go back there again.

A year ago I needed a crown as my tooth split in half. I was dubious but the one-day procedure was amazing and effective! This year I experienced a deep abscess after two visits we were still unable to pinpoint the exact location, so he treated it with antibiotics with instructions to check back and let him know how I was doing. The office staff is kind and sympathetic, and appointments for painful teeth are made ASAP. Finding a dentist you can trust is not an easy thing and I am grateful this practice was recommended to me by my own dentist when she retired. Feeling well cared for teeth-wise!
