Telling me she won't sign my back to work papers unless I do as she says. She told me the exercises which was different than my employer told me. I asked to see the paper to confirm it was from them so I could verify things were being done correctly. She said no and told me to stop asking questions. (This was my first question) . I said I'll do them but I just wanna verify. She flashed the paper for 1/2 a second and said ok now do them. At this point I'm like whatever I'll just do it I need the job. But then the manager came over asking her what the problem is. She says I'm refusing her orders and he laughed and said tell him the door is right there if he don't like it. (Very professional place). Honestly would've walked out at this point but I didn't want them to get paid for nothing so I stuck it out. She then explained I had to do all the exercises multiple times. I asked where it says this in the paper and She rolled her eyes and stormed to the front desk to grab her manager saying I was refusing to do what she said. Manager came to have a talk and honestly had to put him in his place saying there's cameras. Watch them if you want. Your employee is full of it. He walked away seemingly annoyed but it's true. I didn't refuse. I only asked to see the paper which work said I can see. The exercise was 5 minutes so I set a timer on my watch. 5 minutes go by and she says nothing. I continue for another minute still nothing so I just stop. She ask why I stop and I explained the time was up and showed my timer. She says "I didn't tell you to stop keep going" which I explain work only required 5 minutes and I went over that. She responded with "too bad you have to do what I say if you want the job. Either keep going or if you don't want the job that's on you". At this point I knew she wouldn't sign my paper (she didn't) so I just became a pain to show her that her power trip didn't work. Thankfully I had a video recording of our interaction and explained it to my work. They sent me to another place that treated me with respect and signed my papers. This place I wouldn't even recommend to someone I didn't like. Work is looking at canceling sending their business here too thankfully so none of us have to deal with them again. Take this as your warning not to go.

I've been to that location previously and the therapist they matched me with has worked with me on other physical issues before, and he's really good. My schedule changed. I wasn't able to see him on the appointed day, and he's pretty popular so it would be several weeks before i got in. But they told me about their location in Riverside and Dr. Carrie, who specializes in the issue i was having. I jumped on that appointment. She was extremely patient with me, explaining what she was looking for specifically in each test, each activity. I felt i could explain everything to her, and never felt rushed. She explained next steps, even some that likely wouldn't involve her. I asked about other local doctors within that specialty, and she not only volunteered names but personally called and checked on availability--the whole time explaining that whether i used anyone she mentioned or my own specialist, it was important that I had a doc who would be able to have eyes on me for this issue. She could not possibly have been more helpful than she was. I may have been lucky. I don't know the other therapists in this office and i did indeed get seen by a doctor in a PT office whose specialty just happened to be exactly what my issue is. But the facility was clean, with bright windows. Great front desk help. And at least one superior therapist (probably more than one, i bet). Go to this one.
