Dr Friedman spent considerable time working on the toenails on each foot. She explained everything that she was doing and continually checked in with me to make sure that I was doing alright. Although my feet were sore when I left the office, I woke up the next morning pain free. I had my follow up appointment with Dr Friedman today and she was again attentive to all of my questions and thoroughly examined my feet for evidence of the ingrown toenails (there was none). We discussed what I could do to prevent reoccurrence of the problem. Dr Friedman offered specific suggestions including the type of footwear I should wear and fitting me for new custom orthotics for my feet (my current orthotics are a year old and ready to be replaced). Dr Friedman is professional, patient, caring and skilled at treating her patients. The office staff on both visits were welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable about insurance coverage.
