This has to be one of the LEAST professional offices I have ever been to. My wife and I will…read moredefinitely not be back. The whole experience today was shocking and I can't believe Dr. Parrish allows the following behavior to happen here. First off, I walk into the office and the receptionist are gossiping about a patient who is, in their words, "old and balding with long hair, and did you see he has a new wife?" After gossiping some more, they finally acknowledge that I am standing there and put in for my cleaning. This is all happening with Dr. Parrish standing directly behind the two girl receptionists. Next, my wife is on the dentist chair and overhears the employees talking about having to change her underwear several times a day because she just had a baby and it's "a mess down there." Totally gross and unprofessional. These are the same receptionist that are allowed to wear denim beer branded jackets (Coors). Again, on Dr Parrish for not creating an environment of professionalism. After this, the hygienist asked if I was there with my wife. I said yes, and she continued to ask me if she is pregnant. My wife is not, and how could you ask something that offensive to someone that you don't know at all? She is a nice lady but that was a completely unprofessional comment to make to someone. My wife had her cleaning and I had mine and they were extremely rushed. My wife was literally out of the chair in 10 minutes and I was out in 15. Dr. Parrish never came in to check our teeth even though we haven't been to the office in over 7 months! They made us pay for our fluoride treatment and nothing more. We were also rushed though the first time we came to the office. I would NEVER recommend that anyone go to this office based on how unbelievably unprofessional the experience is, and the lack of care for their patients oral health. It's a shame any respectable office could operate in this way.

I was referred to DR PARRISH from a Doctor at Palmer Clinic so I could get my sick tooth extracted…read morebut DR PARRISH wanted to give it a try with crowning that bad molar given that I wouldn't do a root canal on it anyway, it didn't work, I ended up in the ER as I felt way worst as soon as I got that crown set in my mouth. That tooth ache turned into a nightmare, indeed up in heavy antibiotics, in the end I requested a refund to DR PARRISH for the crown he had placed and to finally give me the referral for an extraction which he did and thank you for that. I have been feeling so much better since that tooth has been extracted. I have Lyme disease and I am not a good candidate for root canals at all as root canals very often become toxic (A VERY WELL KNOWN DENTIST IN NICE FRANCE WOULD EXPLAIN THAT TO YOU). Clinics abroad, notably in Switzerland, Germany and some in the United States as well, however, believe that it is mandatory to avoid having root canals work done and advice to extract root canals teeth of sick people which had already be done, whatever their pathology, is often the essential measure to restore their health, patients would then wear a partial. I wanted to share that important information with you as it has been a complete nightmare for me to solve that issue here in Daytona Beach and I do not want anyone to go through that. Avoid root canals if you can please, take care of your health. It is important. Each tooth is related to organs in your body and affect them even though dentists won't probably tell you this.
