She reported back that the owner didn't want to spend the money. Ok we were willing to live with the deferred maintenance. In our next renewal there was a rent increase, followed by another increase within 6 months. We questioned why two back to back increases with little maintenance performed. The owner wants more money... Then unexpectedly the owner suddenly decided they wanted to move family in and we were asked to leave. She apologized for the inconvenience, we did a move out inspection, and stated that everything was in expected condition. Ok A few weeks later we receive emails that she is withholding our security deposit for repairs that were not identified in the inspection. She illegally withheld money with no recourse or opportunity for us to address. Total fraud, no respect for quality tenants. We are not alone just read the reviews. You've been warned!

She claimed I owed $1,000 for PGE bills over that time period. Without warning or discussion and accurate records from PGE, I asked for my full refund back. I was denied. When I said that other renters were not paying that amount, Shireen became escalated and said that was bullcrap. I then asked Jolene, the company owner, to intervene, but to no avail. I will be reporting this incident to the licensing agency.
