I cannot recommend Kimberly highly enough! As a long-distance buyer relocating from Boston to Santa…read moreRosa, I needed a realtor who could handle all the challenging homebuying logistics in California--and Kimberly exceeded every expectation. During my initial weekend visit, she quickly understood my preferences and helped me narrow down my search. When a promising property came on the market after I returned to Boston, she provided such a thorough video tour that I felt like I was walking through it myself. Her responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth. Kimberly truly went above and beyond at every turn. She coordinated inspections, arranged for deep cleaning before my move-in, signed for my new bed delivery and setup, and even agreed to receive my car delivery over the Christmas holidays. As a newcomer to California, I was overwhelmed with logistics, but she guided me through everything from acquiring insurance in a fire-risk area to understanding the nuances of Oakmont Village's different sub-HOA requirements. She connected me with reliable inspectors, contractors/handymen, and service providers, drawing on her extensive network and experience flipping homes with her husband. Whether answering questions herself or quickly connecting me with the right expert, her follow-through was impeccable. If you're buying a home--especially from out of state--Kimberly is the best!

Terrible, Sue is a liar and a fraud…read more Leased a property she managed for many years. She had annual inspections done but when we reported issues, they weren't addressed. She reported back that the owner didn't want to spend the money. Ok we were willing to live with the deferred maintenance. In our next renewal there was a rent increase, followed by another increase within 6 months. We questioned why two back to back increases with little maintenance performed. The owner wants more money... Then unexpectedly the owner suddenly decided they wanted to move family in and we were asked to leave. She apologized for the inconvenience, we did a move out inspection, and stated that everything was in expected condition. Ok A few weeks later we receive emails that she is withholding our security deposit for repairs that were not identified in the inspection. She illegally withheld money with no recourse or opportunity for us to address. Total fraud, no respect for quality tenants. We are not alone just read the reviews. You've been warned!

She seemed nice but didn't mention when she would start managing and I never heard anything about it from the owners so I wasn't sure what was going on. Unfortunately, my toilet leaked today and so I reached out to Sue for help. Apparently it's not office hours on weekend so I asked if there was an emergency line I could call. Sue then called me, yelled at me for asking what time the owners would be here for repairs, and when I asked her "Sue, is this how you are managing us?" she yelled "yes!" And then eventually hung up on me. I don't really know what to think and I've never had this experience. Praying it gets better, I don't even know what to think of this.
