Pulled into the parking lot, was greeted by an associate, and then told them what services I wanted done. After they understood the request, I handed them my keys and sat down in the lobby for roughly 30 minutes. Once I was finished I paid an actually affordable price, neither one of my cars had an exhaust leak after the fact and they even fixed one for me initially.
