He also didnt ask my approval on many of the decisons he made in my case and in some instances did the opposite. My case was resolved however; I received less money from the settlement than I was owed. I am very unhappy with his service and caution anyone from using him. Bottom line, I received less than owed and his fees were 50% more than what he said was worst case scenario.

I tellephoned that firm and was guilded to **** ******* by the receptionist. He represented himself to be an expert on forbearance. He requested a $250 fee for the consultation. We set an appointment. Upon entering thier facility, the receptionist requested the $250, that I paid. **** ******* apeared and ushered me to a conferance room. I showed him a Forbarance Agreement, and began to question certain aspects of that agreement, when Mr. ******* offered speculations, conjecture and a general posture of someone with no accual knowledge of forbarance. This begged me to ask if he had any real experiance with the subject, when he rolled his eyes to the cieling as though he was serching for a fly, then admitted he had none. He offered some guesses which turned out to be totally off. He guessed that the agreement was un inforseable by the lack of a signature, and he guessed their was little I could do without that. He obviously had nothing else to do as he lingered though the silence our meeting came too. I thanked him very much and left. After a day or two I sent a letter requesting a refund of which I have recieved no response. I appreciate your attentiuon in thuis matter.***** ***** Product_Or_Service: Consultation on Forbearance
