It's taken months for them to get it right, and it still isn't. The nurse (older lady from Crested Butte) is so incompetent. She can't communicate well, ask questions correctly, doesn't listen to answers, and can't pronounce prescription names. She acted like she lives on another planet. Dr. Tardif had me go directly to the hospital so my test results would come back quickly, the same day. Had a full blood panel and chest x-ray. This was Wednesday. Didn't Receive a call on Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon, still no word. I placed a call Wednesday afternoon. Was places on hold twice, with the promise the doctor would be right with me. After holding for 20 minutes, a staff member came on the phone and said the doctor would call me back soon. It's now late afternoon on Friday and still no phone call. All around grossly negligent!

His sister had just been diagnosed with MS and his mother had it and was worried as some of the symtoms he had were signs of MS. He went to several doctor's and Nuerologist's and had MRI's done on his spine and brain, but they all came back clear. Aaron's pain had worsened, and he didn't want to see a typical Chiropractor to crack his back. He researched the internet on the different types of chiropractic care and found Dr. Andrea. After speaking with her over the phone, he had to meet her. My husband had many issues with his back from boxing, car accidents and riding motorcyles. She has a diaper changing area with diapers and wipes for those with small babies. She even provides refreshements like tea, water and snacks while you wait. This is very helpful for those with children as sometimes it's not always practical to have snacks on hand. My children ages 2-15 see her every other month and we fully trust Dr. Andrea and her care. When they have had sports injuries and when I've sprained my ankle she has helped adjust those problems areas as well. I can't thank Dr. Andrea enough for the care she has provided my family.
