I asked to go to trial. I was discouraged and lost out on a LOT! Even after the judgement, I again said I wanted to appeal, she again discouraged that. I guess I was taking up too much time from her phone video games. MY side was never presented to the judge. Approximately a year after the divorce, the spouse takes me to court again. I call this attorney , only to be told she 'was no longer on the case.' Very rudely received. I chose a different attorney to represent me after that. I emailed the attorney to let her know my thoughts on the whole matter. She therefore calls my current attorney saying I'm emailing her rude emails. What?
