This company is a scam. Came out and charged us $190 for a 5 minute service call to say that a rat had chewed through the cord. They told us the part was very expensive but when they put in the cord (just like a connection for a printer) the serviceman told me the cost was the labour (it took 35 minutes). The call out to fix the connection was $290. Thus we paid $470 to fix one power cord. This is a rip off. read more
