Not only was the work excellent, the communication with Robert was stellar. He was in constant contact with me the whole time. Not only did Robert and his team fix my car and clean my car, he also repaired something else on my car (complimentary) that was not caused by the accident I would highly recommend anyone to this repair shop. Cons: Expensive: Exterior Only detail for $250 on mid-size SUV Left polish in places on vehicle, door wells, mirrors, etc. also left water marks on sunroof and windshield After he left, I noticed water dribble marks under both driver and passenger mirrors, when contacted he said it should rub out with microfiber cloth, when that didn't work he told me it was an imperfection in the paint of my just purchased Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I asked to have the issue corrected with no response. Disappointing and costly mistake on my part, I will now go to the dealer to have interior and exterior completed for close to the same price.

Michael works really hard to make sure he tackles what you need to get your car in the best shape possible. I made an appointment with Michael after I booked my car shipment back to the mainland and was worried about the USDA inspection portion since it was definitely dirty - too dirty for me to feel sure it would pass. Oh man, remnants from all the beach visits, hikes, and other adventures seemed permanently stuck in my floorboards but nope, Michael got it all out! Every nook and cranny was cleaned. Tinting your own car windows look easy…read more But, I can imagine that if it's hard to keep them streak free, it will be a pain to 1) remove sticky existing tint with a steamer, and 2) replace and perfectly fit "bubble-free" new tint on curved surfaces. Daniel uses the Yelp app to provide estimates and schedule appointments. We confirmed an estimate, time and date, and I left my car to remove and apply the legal tint for rear and back passenger windows. I didn't hear from him for several hours so I called. He said it's done. So, I walked 20 minutes and picked up the car. The tint looked great, bubble-free and pretty accurate in the fit. He did mention that it needed a day or two to cure and dry, so lock the windows and don't open until it's perfectly dry. Good job that's not cheap, but if I get another 5-10 years on this new tint, it's worth it.
