She gave us a fair quote and we have been very happy with the product. Her husband and son did a beautiful job hanging the tints. Their work was perfect and they were as friendly as Lisa. Twenty years later, when the tinting needed replacing, I was happy to discover the company was still in business and the experience was the same as the first time... excellent! Aside from the excellent customer Stan and Elsa provide they also go above and beyond customer expectations. For the past 5 years my back windows weren't working properly. Several mechanics had told me the motors on both sides needed to be replaced. As it was an expensive repair I opted not to fix them. When speaking with Stan about this he offered to fix the windows if feasible. I came back to pick up my car after about 4 hours. Not only were the windows sleek and able to be seen out of but the windows were rolling down without issues ! No charge for this ! I was blown away especially after receiving quotes to replace the motors with service would be around $1,000. Before I left Stan also buffed out my headlights (also complimentary) to complete my car's makeover. While talking story he told me that he enjoys helping people even if they don't pay him for all his services. There's been times that as someone who doesn't have extensive background information about cars I'm often overwhelmed, hesitant and stressed about basic car repairs. I've been able to receive referrals from friends and family to help if issues come up. When interacting with Stan it felt like I was being helped by my uncle who really wanted to ensure my lil Honda Fit would look spotless and also function higher than it has the last few years. I'm beyond thankful for Star's attention to detail, excellent customer service and generosity. If I could give more than 5 stars for Star I would! They called me back within an hour with a recommendation for service & a quote. Thankfully we got a same day appointment, and the job was finished within an hour! So I had my tint done in December and have been meaning to write this review for a while. These…read moreguys were fast to respond to my questions and were able to get me in within a week or two of talking to them. I had all of my door windows the rear window and a tint strip across the top of the windshield. I am so happy I added the top strip on my windshield it makes a huge difference. Total it came out to a little over $300. They said it comes with a lifetime warranty. I had a few bubbles initially so I called and they were super quick to respond even though it was right around Christmas time and they said it wasn't a problem. They also told me that if it does develop bubbles in the future to bring it back. So far almost 6 months in and I am super happy with there work it stays much cooler in my car, it makes my car look better, and my a/c doesn't have to work as hard so I save money in gas. Definitely worth the investment and happy I went with Marie services. I highly recommend these hard working locals.
