Daniel uses the Yelp app to provide estimates and schedule appointments. We confirmed an estimate, time and date, and I left my car to remove and apply the legal tint for rear and back passenger windows. I didn't hear from him for several hours so I called. He said it's done. So, I walked 20 minutes and picked up the car. The tint looked great, bubble-free and pretty accurate in the fit. He did mention that it needed a day or two to cure and dry, so lock the windows and don't open until it's perfectly dry. Good job that's not cheap, but if I get another 5-10 years on this new tint, it's worth it.

My windshield was changed twice in January. Although the 2nd one didnt make any sounds like it was about to crack, it however was not the same glass and looked used. The edges were not cut correctly or smooth, laminated was bubbling, black part was scratched and showed up with the sun. I can understand non dealer parts. But its up to the installed to reject it before passing it on the customer. I was made to feel I was crazy. They claim they didn't hear the noise I was hearing every morning going up Lwr Main St. for my coffee. I felt personally violated by the lack of honesty, never was informed that the first glass was changed due to whatever the cause.. but they could have explained it was a another glass was used to solve the noise problem. But on the way out of their business, I was told " let us know if you hear anymore noise, okay". If they didn't hear any noise... why did they remove it? Who knows? Just bad customer care. No Bueno. No Aloha! Then I found Brandon F. at Glass Pros Maui, and the experience was night and day. He was upfront, professional, and made sure everything was done right the first time--no excuses, no runaround, just real expertise. If you want someone who actually knows what they're doing and treats you with honesty and respect, Brandon is the only call you need to make. Beautiful job. P.S. my car is barely 11,000 miles so I wasn't going to settle for anything less. 3 days with a rent a car Vrs Brandon did the remove and replace in a matter of a few hours. No rental car needed.

I received texts and emails confirming the time and date and who would be doing the work, which I always find professional and secure. The installer arrived on time and did a great job, working professionally and quickly. Paid by credit card for the work which is where I take a star off. They charged a $28 credit card usage fee. If I had known about it I would have given them a cheque. Also they quoted $650 but charged $700 for the job, which put them in the same ballpark as other installers I called. That $78 difference took the shine off the job. Otherwise they were great to work with.
