I wore them one time and the string started to fray and of course I took them back in and ask them to correct the problem. I only wear my pearls every now and again so for the string to fray and slack between pearls on the first day I wore them shows me that the workmanship was seriously flawed. I took the strand back and it has taken me till August to get them. The stupid part is they made ME pay them again for the warranty work. They chose to outsource the work. I had no idea they did not do their own pearl repairs. Making me pay for it again was a total shakedown. They had my heirloom jewelry and instead of Doing the right thing and guaranteeing their work, they forced to pay in order to get my jewelry back. Do not shop here. It will cost you.
