They had nice invitations but their customer service and quality of product is poor!! We got invitations from them and they were pretty but we also had a post card response card which they said they do all the time. When we were getting the invitations back in the mail they fell apart (Pictured) so much that they were illegible so the post office couldn't read the return address and they were not delivered. So we had to call all the people we didn't get response cards from. The worst part about this situation was how Daniels handled the situation, no accountability. They said it was all the Post Office's fault and that there was absolutely nothing they could do. They offered us 10% off our thank you cards which we obviously were no longer using their services for anything else. If you want a mediocre product with terrible customer service, Daniels is your place. read more

Planning a wedding is hard, but re-planning a wedding during a pandemic is harder! Pam was great from the beginning with showing me many styles in their show room and helping me create my own invitation and style by combining other invites I liked. Everything looked perfect and the quality was amazing. After all our invites were already mailed- Covid struck and Daniels offered complimentary "change the date/postponed" cards. I was getting married at a Catholic Church and my reception was at Le Méridien. It was a classic, formal event, so I was very much set on having thermography invitations. I had gone to Paper Source, some boutique places, and online to compare prices. Based on the quotes I had received, I had come to the conclusion that thermography invitations were just too expensive. I have dealt with Daniels years ago for PTA calendars and was very satisfied with their promptness. This time I was there with a much more important task. My daughter got engaged in Nov. and in Feb. decided that she wanted to get married in June. This was a sprint! We went to a couple bridal fairs and she decided what she wanted. She Yelped a local print shop but found it was out of business when she got there. Running out of time I suggested Daniels. She took a book home, picked out what she wanted & went in to place the order. The price was way over her budget. Pam helped her design her own invitations very similar to her original plan at a number under budget. The people were very patient with us and amazing to work with. They close at 5PM and we made it there right under the wire several times but they never complained. Daniels has a wide variety of other office supplies too but we were incredibly pleased with all the help they gave us for our printing needs with such short notice. I custom made my invitations for half the cost of most other companies! The invitations were beautiful! The staff was wonderful. They walked me through every step to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They coached me on everything from font sizes to paper styles. I couldn't have asked for better service. After I picked out everything, they actually sent me pdf files of every piece (the invitation itself, response card, details card, and reception card) of my invitations for my approval before they went to print. The turn around time was amazing! It only took 2 weeks to have them print my invitations. The staff here are not only very helpful but also are willing to go the extra mile for you! They do close early but told me that if I was going to be late coming that they would have no problem waiting for me before they closed! Daniel's is an unassuming shop in Oak Forest that I found through a wedding expo. I absolutely lucked out with Daniel's - Pamela was wonderful to work with, even accommodating my work schedule to come in to the printing company on a Saturday to first meet with us and discuss invitations. The invitations turned out beautifully, we ended up ordering our programs, place cards, and guest welcome cards all though them and are planning on ordering our thank you cards through them as well. The invitations took a little time to come in but the rest of our paper requests were incredibly quick (often ready in less than a week). Everything turned out absolutely beautifully. Make sure to read through all proofs they send for mistakes, we had one minor mistake on our invitations (they read 11:00AM instead of PM) and there were several on the programs that I caught. You sign a contract saying you have read through the proof and are happy with them, so read carefully. They are reasonably priced and provide a 40% off coupon for thank you cards (they can do thank you cards with a picture from your wedding for an extremely reasonable cost) and then you get 40% off on top of that! Great to work with, highly recommend. I even told our nearby venue about them so that they can recommend Daniel's to future couples. read more
