I went to print one label for usps and they charge me 3,51 $ for one page ....... Never again

Customer service always great. Staff always willing to help and very knowledgeable about show to ship items safely and at the best value. Store always clean and we'll stocked for all my shipping needs and wants. Also best place to do Amazon and comcast returns.. Easy to book a notary appointment and have banners printed for business events and birthday party's. Yard signs make at a great price as well. Computer and copy services always available. Only UPS store location i use now. Kristy and Peter are my go to team. read more

Great customer service and friendly staff. Prices are average but the staff is what brings me back. The store is well stocked and clean. Lines move quickly and they are always willing to help with all packing and shipping questions. I have used the notary and shredded services as well. Best service for the money by far. read more

The woman manager is rude,insulting and unprofessional.. will never use this store again..send someone undercover and see how she is..no one deserves to be talked to the way she talked to me..she seems to forget she's overhead, am profit and should be treated with respect! read more

Horrible customer service by rude and ugly people! This is THE WORST UPS store in the SW burbs. Workers are slow AF and always seem put out to complete a transaction. They are not equipped with a self scanner, which is unheard of, in this day and age. Do yourself a favor and bypass this place! Orland and Chicago Ridge locations run much more efficiently and do so with excellent service to their customers! read more

Everytime I've gone here there's a line. The store is outdated and the workers are always rude and mean. I hate giving this spot a 1 star review but I've gone into this location multiple times and not once do I feel disgusted after leaving it. Honestly I would describe it as a circus the way the workers are running and spitting on everyone. Really disappointed. Shame. Will not be going back even if I have to drive more to get to a clean UPS that has better receptionist, better vibes and quicker wait times. read more

Two. Stars I wouldn't give them one star. I never liked to go here place in the first place but with all the traffic and congestion on 127th I thought I would give them another try, big mistake. Rude, ignorant, insulting, worst customer service I've ever seen in my entire life. I walked in with my hand written address on the back of an old FedEx label. I got two feet inside the door and heard from the snotty attendant, we don't take Fed Ex here, before having any idea of what my needs were. I had no intention of expecting FedEx in a UPS store. I would think if a large company like AT&T has a account that you wouldn't charge for 1$ for tape to return AT&T equipment. Smh

Both women that work at the ups store are extremely rude & unprofessional! Do not go especially if you need help with anything! If they can please hire better employees I will gladly go back! read more

i went into the location to inquire about a package that was send the beginning of December and never received by the recipient. The employee I was talking to was rude. she was not helpful and acted like I was bothering her at her job. Her manager, who waited on me when I sent the package , stood in the back of the store. I could see her and she stayed in back, never came to help the employee who had questions or me. I paid to have the items packed and top when I tracked the package, it was in Bedford Park and the tracking site said the box was empty. when I inquired about that, the employee stood there and stared at me. what kind of customer service is that? Go to a different location, FedEx or post office. read more

Per Amazon, this location does not know how to do Amazon returns. I talked to Amazon about my treatment there after they inappropriately hassled me about a return. UPS store at 15826 South La Grange Road, Orland Park is a good place to do your returns. No problems there. They told me they do whatever Amazon requires, instead of making up their own rules as they do in Palos Heights. read more

I've been returning Amazon packages at Kohl's, and it is absolutely the best experience (they even give you a free $10 credit or at least a 15% discount). You don't even need a printed label, just a barcode on your phone. The latest Amazon package had to be returned through UPS so I went in without a label or a bag, just my barcode. It ended up costing about $4 for a box, printing of the barcode and I don't know what else. AND I still had to pay a $5 fee (which I thought was the cost of the return) to the seller of the item. Elizabeth is rude, immature and not very computer savvy. She will berate you as you print on the pc that you're doing it wrong (when she's incorrect about zoom prints), will rudely warn you not to close her (full blast!!) pandora, falsely accuse you of closing out her msn email on the PC, treat other customers like terrorists for attempting to return a liquid it's to amazon & charge you for multiple blank pages from the printer because she says her PC counted them. Get competent staff or others will flock to another location as I will. You need us more than we need you. read more

Never heard of a shipping company charging customers 1 dollar per box to seal boxes. This has NEVER happened to me at the FedEx store or the PO. You would think that taping an open package would be included with the shipping fee...guess not. Save yourself the trouble and drive to another store. read more

I have had a business mailbox here for twenty years. I have had nothing but wonderful help from Christie and all of their employees. They bend over backwards to be efficient, personable and have always been so respectful and knowledgeable. Sometimes, they bring my mail to the desk before I even ask for it. Charged me a $1 for maybe 10" of tape, I couldn't believe it, I seriously thought the girl was joking with me. I actually feel bad for the employees who have to ask for a dollar to tape a box. Needless to say I'll take my business elsewhere & I'd recommend you do the same! read more

If you want a package to get to its destination...DO NOT GO HERE!! Three packages "sent", two were badly delayed, and one is still missing. One package had the receiver portion ripped off by an incompetent employee. All sent 2 or 3 day with UPS member number. Probably the rudest employee i have ever dealt with, just an absolute ignoramus. read more

I came here to ship something for work earlier today and the woman who handled my order (curly brown hair, pearl necklace, blue top, pencil skirt, heels - appeared to be the owner) was genuinely curious about my business and asked me about my company and the nature of my job. She was very nice and definitely interested in her customers without being intrusive. She had my recipient's name already in her database and knew the drill as far as my shipment. I left knowing my package was in good hands and would get to its destination safely. She even let us know the day it would arrive! read more

We have had a business mail box here for years. I have never had anything but exceptional service, smiling employees, and people who go the extra mile to make me an appreciative customer. Kristi, the manager, has been a delight to work with. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is done correctly. I don't even have to give them my box number. When I walk in, they are standing there with all my mail in their hands to give me. All the employees care about keeping the customers happy. read more

I verified via phone that the last drop off time for overnight was 6pm. I verified when I dropped off the package that the driver had not made the pickup at 5:45. I tracked the package the next morning and saw the only scan was the the drop off recipt at the store. I called the store they said it wasn't there. At 2pm the next day it was scanned by the ups driver as being picked up at the store. Ups corporate said they are not responsible until they scan it and the store said they would not refund my money because it was the drivers fault for not taking it from the bin. Long story short I paid 60 dollars to watch corporate and the store blame each other. The store manager confirmed there was a driver there a 2 the next day so I am fairly certain he lied when I called and asked him if the package was there. Useless workers at this location. read more

Wow!!!! I just called the store for a quote for an individual mailbox....My goodness, what a witch!!! Major attitude problem with this one,no personality on top of it. Their mailbox rate was $5.00 over what other UPS stores quoted me AND a $25.00 set up fee! That is crazy!!I have been using UPS store mailboxes for last 5 years,was thinking of changing to closer location! Won't be there!! I would think pricing would be same for basic services.,but because independently owned they set own rates..forget Palos Heights...Rude,over priced and screeching hold music... Not!!! read more

I always come here to drop of my Bookrenter text books. Bookrenter provides the free shipping labels and it is considered returned once it is scanned by UPS. As long as you ask them for a receipt you are pretty much covered. I haven't had any problems with this location and I plan to use their services again and again. The last time I came here the young man who helped us was adorably funny with his hiccups and we were in and out the door. read more

This store cannot be relied on to pack items correctly. Also beware they will not Submit the insurance claim form on a timely manner. They packed some expensive tile for me which got broken in transit. I submitted the claim over a month ago and was told by the manager that I would get payment in 7 to 10 days. Today I was told by the same manager the paperwork was never submitted. I will not use this location ever again. I recommend FedEx! read more
