Then, they switched to PayPal for refund to avoid the fees. Now the condo itself. Check in process was explained on Whatsup app AFTER the deposit was completed. VERY NICE!! Modern clean decor, spacious, well-stocked kitchen. Toiletries included. Staff delivered body lotion, extra toilet paper, & paper towel to the room. Requests & inquiries are communicated by Whatsup app. Location is PERFECT! There are tons of restaurants (Korean, Japanese, fast food, coffee shop, etc), Farm Boy grocery store, & a small HMart within 10min walking distance. College Park subway/train station is literally across the condo building, 30-second walk! The park is right outside the building, with light feature, water fountain, sitting areas, & a kids play area. There are 2 boba shops within 2min walk. IKEA & Marshall's are in building next door. Farm boy is a great grocery store with great variety of fresh produce, dairy, frozen food, ready-made meals, & snacks. HMart is small but PACKED with good food! Lots of ready-made meals & gimbaps. This was one of the nicest stays we've had!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This website is a scam and they buy their google reviews, they have a weird system that is against…read morethe Toronto tenant law. Requiring documents before viewing property is a red flag! Asking clients to have more than two months deposit is a red flag! They normally don't own actual listings - they borrow everything from realtors.ca and then sugarcoated it on their own website as it were their listings. SO MANY RED FLAGS. Glad I didn't become a victim in the end.
