Bryan Draper Date of injury - 4/30/2018 Diagnoses: Traumatic brain injury Moderate diffuse global atrophy Microvascular ischemia Subcortical and periventricular white matter disease. He has 24/7 migraines. Seizures. Significant memory loss. Cognitive decline. He can't work or drive. Hell - he can't even walk around the block alone. He SUFFERS daily and requires nearly full time care. He spends 12 to 16 hrs a day on a ventilator. A couple of months ago - your atty Angela Reinstein told the judge you were moving him to palliative care. And now - you say he is fine and isn't disabled.
