When I requested the transaction number for the funds transfer after closing on a house, my…read morepersonal information was emailed to both myself and the real estate agent. This included the entire "secure" transfer document with name, bank account information, Tax ID number, etc. It ended up with me having to close the bank account and reopen a new account with a new account number. I have very little confidence this company will keep personal information safe and secure based on what happened. I would not use this company again as they did not seem to be concerned about sharing my personal and banking information.
