I set up a few appointments with local roofing companies to get some estimates. With me only visiting for another week, I wanted to be there for the estimates. I explained to the companies that I called, my parents were elderly. They don't deal with stuff like that well and I wanted to be around to help. Only 2 companies understand the situation and agreed to come out ASAP. Out of the 2, Full Service Roofing was the only one who actually came out. The gentleman I met with understood I was trying help my parents and squeezed me in between appointments to make sure I was able to be there for the estimate. After coming back home, the parents ended up getting 2 more estimates weeks later. Those estimates were comparable with Full Service Roofing. My parents said the other 2 companies were extremely pushy. I'm not going to bash them by putting there names on here but one tried to tell my parents on if they didn't sign and give a deposit that day it could be months before they could do the job. I don't go for the pushy sales tactics and neither does Dad. Following some research on the company they ended up going with Full Service Roofing. On the 3 websites we checked they were rated really high and had great reviews. A manger came out to get the contract signed and take the deposit. He noticed my Marine Corps pictures and found out I was a Veteran. They ended up knocking a little more off the price and thanked my parents for my service. As you get older people tend to try to take advantage of you especially during times of need. I was worried someone would do this to them. Not the case here. The roof has since been installed and my parents said everything went better then expected. If there happy I'm happy.

He was friendly and professional and assured me I would get an estimate within the next business day as I had called on an evening so he needed one full day to prepare it. Cody sent his roofer out there and they were able to determine massive structural damage and he was honest and transparent enough to say he did not comfortable charging me for a brand new roof while not addressing the structural issues that would need to be addressed first before any new roof could be placed. Even though we ended up not doing business, I think 99 out of 100 roofers would have probably taken the job taking my money and let me deal with the bad consequences in the future. I like and trust this company and I would recommend them to anybody. They saved me potentially 10s of thousands of dollars. After over a week, I get a text message asking me to review the services they provided. So I contacted them. They told me my project was too big for them even though is was just a repair after a sewer back up. All the cleaning and treating had already been done by Servpro. I just needed someone to put my floors back in. They weren't going to notify me that they turned down the job. They were literally leaving me in limbo waiting when they knew right away I needed to contact someone else. Now I'm further behind in my repairs because of the time they wasted of mine. If you want to get your project done in a timely manner, contact a different business even if you have to reach out to a further away one.
