Kylie and Kennedy LaBarge not sure Kylie's last name bad bad bad discrimination towards me and every time I go in there and I've never done anything I've never been rude to them every time I walk in they roll their eyes at me and they never help me out to help the guy behind me out I had an incident today when I went in Kylie said are you cashing or pulling money out cuz if you're pulling money out then I can't help you but if you're cashing I can and I was like who I'm cashing a paper check I just want $500 bills and $20 in quarters and then Kylie said she couldn't help me and she need my account number and I usually give them my ID cuz I don't know my account number but I called my fiance and she knew my account number so I gave it to her she typed it in and said your account is void even though I pulled $11,000 out yesterday and then another excuse was she kind of cash my check cuz she didn't know if the money was in my account and she can't go on to the system even though there's a backup system that they can use but Kennedy the one beside Kylie snarled and said oh my god really loud and then said next customer and then when the customer approached she said I'm sorry about this then looks at me and Kennedy asked her customer will he like today and he said I just want to pull out three grand but there was just no problems with him like there was with me and the person beside me a customer walked up and just got nice treatment but it's every time I come in those two women discriminate against me and will not help me out and I do not know why and today they gave me mad mad issues I don't know what their problem with me is or why they have one but today they showed that they have a problem with me that I did not know about sorry if my story is a little patchy it just made me a little shaky and I was really embarrassed after they pointed me out and made me look like that and when she said my account was void I asked her if she could print it out for a receipt for me and then all the sudden she could help me remind you there is a backup system I know that . People from other branches have complained about Kylie and Kennedy and their supervisor I think it starts with an s won't do anything about it ... this is my favorite Bank I've never had a problem with anybody I understand people have bad days but when two people start teaming up that's not a bad day that's not being bullies . But I hope something can get done about this I'll be going there next Saturday morning just a stand in line until the girl all the way to the right doesn't have a customer even though Kennedy and Kylie don't have any customers and that cuz it won't take me for no reason I've never done anything wrong to them nothing I I know Kennedy from school and on the other ones in older lady I do not know them at all and I've never had any problems with them this needs to be resolved they embarrassed me defamation of character and the one I see every time I walk through their doors discrimination toward me. DFCU is an incredible bank. They are very patient and understanding. As a freshman in college, this debit stuff is new. They were patient with me and understanding. They are doing their best to get the issue I am having straightened out. They approached my situation with a great deal of respect and sympathy. Dannemora Federal Credit Union is very professional. If I could give zero stars I would. "The credit union difference" I was out of town for six months and had my identity stolen during this time. I was forced to use my dfcu account and in doing so accrued transfer, not overdraft charges. I explained the situation and have always been in good standing and paid on time for other accounts. The branch manager refused to do anything and when I told them I would be closing my account I half expected them laugh. That's the credit union difference. read more
