Chris used the footage from our engagement shoot to create a short preview video for the wedding. For the day-of, he provided us with both a 5-minute wedding film that captured all the major highlights of the day, as well as a longer 20-minute edit that focused specifically on the ceremony. Chris clearly loves his work and was very accommodating when it came to the inevitable last-minute requests that come up during the wedding day. Our March 2020 wedding ended up being cancelled by our venue a week before because of the first shutdown due to COVID-19, but Chris was completely understanding and flexible during the rescheduling process. When we were a few months from our new wedding date in December, we made the tough decision to postpone our wedding as a whole again, this time an entire year later. We decided to still get married this December in a small wedding though, and I let Chris know that we wanted to book him for this day as well so that we could have footage to share with our family and friends who wouldn't be able to be there. He was completely supportive and gave us an amazing deal for this separate day, and even offered to combine footage from both wedding days. We were hours away from having our wedding cancelled again due to another shutdown in California, but we were able to pull off our outdoor ceremony and dinner, and we are SO glad that Chris was there to capture our amazing day. Ended up meeting Terry with my wife, or fiancé at the time, and was just blown away by how incredibly nice and out going he is. We would just sit there and talk to him forever about things. Such a great guy. Someone I completely trust and someone I can honestly say has become a friend of mine. So at that point, I almost didn't care (and I repeat, almost) how the wedding video came out. I was just happy to give business to such a great guy. Well, we got our wedding video and honestly, it was more than we ever expected. I haven't see a crazy amount of wedding videos in my time but I have seen some and this is by far the best one I have ever seen. And it is not just because it is mine. He even made these little music videos in the beginning and end of our video that were just awesome. Taking little clips of our wedding and reception and guests and mixing them in perfectly. Putting things in slow motion at the perfect time and even throwing in a little black and white here and there with small clips. Not only do they have a terrific eye for lighting, angles, poses, and emotions, they are a terrific company to work with. Sean is a very good photographer; he has terrific suggestions and is very creative to find that perfect shot. His team which includes his wife are so awesome. They also make you feel very comfortable because let's face it, it's not every day you have a camera taking hundreds of pictures taken of you. I have received so many compliments on the pictures. In addition, Studio 1125 is very passionate about creating lasting memories, so they are just so pleasant to work with. They are also wonderful with children since they are parents themselves. In terms of cost, they have very reasonable packages especially given that comparable photographers charge way more.
