I was planning a exciting unforgettable yet stressful event in my life that was going to be brought up for years to come.. so the A+ customer service I received from everybody on the team was the best. Honestly, all those details where asked and talked about before the big day, so it wasn't even a thought on my mind to worry about GC. Once I entered the ballroom.. I seen the set up, our attendant let me know he was ready and it was none stop photos from there on. I had a few little ones at our wedding.. and you know kids can get out of hand when they're having fun or running around taking excess amount of pictures lol, but our guy didn't mind at all! He made the kids feel so welcomed and easy going to approach him for pictures. It was really sweet. My experience from start to end was an easy 10/10 for us. They were easy enough to work with before the wedding until the attendant called and texted me repeatedly on our wedding day (I'm the bride) about logistics when I had already given the company contact info for my planner/coordinator to handle. No other vendor did that. Then the photobooth machine glitched all night to show the Windows start menu in front of the self-view which the attendant troubleshooted for each picture. My guests were great sports about it and the pictures turned out fine but I was not impressed by the experience. After the day they asked me for feedback and I gave them these two points to no reply. I reached out again for the photo link after a guest wanted to reopen it a little over a year after our wedding day, and they haven't responded to that either. I'm sure it expired but an email back would have been appreciated. read more
