I remember coming to Danny's on a cold winter night, and being a smoker lacking any form of willpower, chose to sit outside. The weather was already pissing me off, so I was counting on the food to put me in a good mood. Fortunately, the food that arrived at our table didn't disappoint. The service was quick and friendly, and our order was taken promptly. Before we knew it, the food had arrived! The tom yum soup was the perfect starter for a cold evening and left me feeling right as rain. The green chicken curry was also a staple choice for a Thai restaurant, and it lived up to its expectations - although it could've been a tad spicier. All in all, the food was excellent and we were very pleased with our time there. I've got to remind myself to go back down to try their laksa, I've heard very good things. This place is buzzing with people on friday nights and weekends, so it's ideal to make a reservation before you head on down.

The service at Danny's is fast and friendly, and like everyone else has said, the food is delicious. However, I personally wouldn't choose to come back here all that often as I would prefer to share the love to a place that isn't so crazy busy and super loud. But if that doesn't bother you and you're in Norwood, Danny's is not a bad spot to grab some South East Asian deliciousness.

Oh man! We had a soft shell crab wok special with curry and egg sauce and honestly I would eat that for breakfast. Or desert. So good. It was tough to choose what to have, but we had that, and a beef rib curry with tofu tord to start. Both were very good and make me excited to try the rest of the menu. Check it out! It's better than most, if not all eateries on south Hutt. It's not cheap but is very tasty.

However, last night I finally crossed it off the list of places that I need to try. I do not have one bad thing to say about this little restaurant. It is in such a convenient location for me, walking distance from work and very close to home, I'm sure it will become a regular dinner location, especially since they do take away and also deliver. Right, now to the food...they have a great range of options that cater for most dietary requirements. My favourite dish of the whole meal would have had to have been the Thai Wafer, but let me tell you, one was definitely not enough of these absolutely delicious little "First Bite" options. I would have been so very happy with an entire plateful of these tasty, crispy rice wafers stuffed with shredded chicken breast, coconut and Thai herb salad. In fact, all of the food had great clean and fresh flavours throughout. I will be returning very soon because I can't wait for an entire plate of those super yummy Thai Wafers to get in my belly; they will make the perfect after work snack on the way home from an early shift.

The selections of wine were brilliant, the staff were friendly although there was slight problems with communication as the waitresses english was not great. We had the vietnamese spring rolls, chi special fried rice, pad thai, crispy choo chi barramundi extra spicy, roast duck in tamarind sauce and fried ice-cream for dessert. The main courses were amazing, constantly surprising us. The spring rolls were made in-house and probably the best spring rolls I've had in Adelaide. The crispy barramundi was also extremely good, the coconut was not overwhelming but the creamy texture was still maintained in the sauce. The stand out dish though was definitely the roast duck in tamarind sauce. When my father choose this item (we have a system where everyone chooses a dish and we share), I have to tell you I was skeptical. All the previous dishes with tamarind that I have tried is generally in indian food - where it is in the form of a chutney or mixed with spices where its taste is lost. The sweetness of the tamarind remains but is not overpowering and is accompanied with citrus flavours and star of anise. The dessert, fried rice and pad thai were nice but a little overpriced. Although the food at this restaurant was excellent, it is slightly overpriced for some of the meals. I can't wait to go back! I think I'll try some of their specials next time.

The food is amazing. I have had almost every dish on the menu and I have never been disappointed. Once I even accidentally ordered a giant plate of seasoned bean sprouts and it was delicious! However, I have some recommendations that you must try. Their curry puffs, I have never in my entire life consumed such amazing curry puff. The pastry is perfect; the stuffing is delicious and just spicy enough. The spring rolls are also a must. For mains, you have to try the satay tofu. Now I am a picky tofu eater, I have tried tofu from almost every Asian restaurant in Adelaide. This tofu is good. It is cooked to perfection, the sauce is peanuty, slightly spicy and delicious to soak up with a pile of steamed rice. The service is great, the owner always greets us when we go in and makes sure we are being looked after well. It is also exciting that when you pay for your meal you are rewarded with a fortune cookie! Madame Wu's can get extremely busy so I would definitely recommend booking for groups.

I did have the privilege of eating here once, however, and I was extremely pleased with both the meal and the service. The laksa noodles are freakin' awesome. Laksa noodle soup isn't exactly as difficult as making souffle, but Madame Wu's interpretation of this classic Malaysian dish is miles ahead of some of the others I've tried in and around town. It's a little pricier, but your taste buds will thank you for it. The customer service is also great, but because of the constant barrage of customers, you might feel a little ignored every once in a while. But never fear, they'll tend to you eventually with friendliness. Don't be surprised if you have to wait for a table if you don't have a reservation, this place is always filled to the brim. I've come by many times hoping to be seated, but was told to wait up to half an hour My advice - book in advance!

My personal meals at Parade Thai have always been very good. The flavouring is always spot on and the serving size is just enough so that you don't feel too bloated when you leave (assuming you don't go spastic with the Rice).
