The taxi didn't arrive at all after waiting 10 minutes and trying to call the office it tells you via answer phone that they do not open till 7 yet I called at 740????? Luckily my mom was able to walk to the coach station just in time for her connecting trip. Very rude service. If they wasn't able to deliver the service then they should have said. Do not use.

Came across as a nice enough guy, but to be charging tariff 3 to what he clearly believed to be "holiday makers" is taking advantage and leaves a bit of a bitter taste. Thankfully we got a taxi home with a different company at 2am which only cost £40. Quite the difference. They explained that the previous taxi should not have been charging us at that rate! When I called and questioned him, he told me that the 3 was referring to the number of people in the cab... Yeah ok then, good one! Gave him the option to refund me the difference, or I will report him. He opted for reporting. So that has been done. Plenty of other honest taxi companies out there, so I would use someone else.
