Jason got started and it was evident that he was passionate about his work and kept things tidy. When scheduling the return visit to patch the wall, he told me he was booked for the next two weeks, so we agreed on a Monday two weeks out. During that time, I learned I would be out of town and needed to reschedule. He suggested coming the day before but did not specify a time. Since I was leaving Sunday afternoon, I asked what time he would be by. He then changed his mind and said he didn't need to be bothered rescheduling and would not be returning to finish the job. Based on my experience, you cannot rely on him to complete the work.
