Website states they provide 24/7 service, but the owner was extremely reluctant to help because it was "his day off." He treated me like I was a HUGE inconvenience and wasting his time. I sent him some pictures of the broken pump as per his request. Of course, while trying to find the information he needed on the pump, he treated me like I was an idiot. I told him to take his time as it was New Years Day, and didn't want to pressure him. I drove into town and my text messaging was off for only about 30 minutes. Next thing I know, the owner is literally SCREAMING and CURSING at me by text. Yes, you heard it... cursing at me. What kind of business owner CURSES at his new customers?! I have never experienced such an unprofessional behavior, lazy attitude, and atrocious service in my life. This guy needs a lesson in professionalism and manners. I'm actually glad he didn't actually come and attempt repairs - he probably would have created a huge mess, and tried to overcharge or blame his customers. What a mess of a business this guy is!
