I can not say enough about the EXCELLENT job Dan's Detail did on my car. It looks like a brand new car inside and out. I came in with a red nail polish stain on the drivers side, plus my car was extremely dirty inside and out AND I had an accident the day before where someone had swiped my drivers side and took off. I had made a claim with my insurance company and made an appointment to bring it in to a body shop. When i just picked up my car from Dan's Details the dent was gone and I had to look for the small paint scrapes. I was able to cancel my claim and just have it touched up with professional manufacturer paint I bought and Dan offered to apply. I cannot say enough about the great job, and great customer service I received. I'll be back every 6 months. Dan suggests once a year. I recommend Dan's Details wholeheartedly. I highly recommend Dan's for auto detailing. I've never had a car professionally detailed before, but I got to the point where I did not want to clean my car. It was filthy from dirt, dog hair, kid stuff, and just gunk that built up over the years from my outdoor lifestyle. I spoke to Dan on the phone on a Tuesday and honestly explained the situation, that I wasn't looking for miracles, but just wanted a fresh start with a clean car. He could take me in on Thursday so I booked it! Dropped of in the morning behind BJ's, kinda hard to find, but now I know where. He saw me coming and waved me in, and at 3:30 that day called me that it was done. My car looks beautiful! Like brand new beautiful! I'm so happy with it! Dan detailed both my Subaru Outback and my husband's Grand Cherokee Jeep. This was our first time using Dan's shop, but it won't be our last. He did a superb job, paying attention to all the little details, including the engine. His price was very fair for the work, and both cars were completed on time. Dan is one of those "old-fashioned" guys who word matters, and his honesty is beyond reproach. If you are looking for a good detail shop, look no further. I was looking for someone to detail my car and googled " car detaiing near me" and found such great reviews for Dan's Details so I called and made an appointment. Dan and his employees couldn't have been more accommodating and nice. Someone scraped the side of my car and left white paint on my black car. Dan made my car look brand new and got rid of the White paint!! I was more than happy with the job they did and recommend them to anyone. I just got my car back today. It looks and smells like a brand new car! I was smoking cigarettes in it for years. Now I'm due with my first baby next month. I wanted to get the smoke out of it before installing the brand new car seat. He changed the air filter and shampooed all the stains out of the seats and all of the upholstery. I cannot recommend Dan's Details enough!! The price was great. Dan and his staff are very friendly. The service was amazing. And my jeep looks better than when I first got it! I had a MAJOR chocolate drink spill that basically got all over my interior- on my ceiling, seats, in every little creavase- I called Dan's to get my interior done and they were able to get me an appointment asap. Exceptional is the word! Dan, T, and the crew were super professional and accomodating. They even drove me home after drop off. And the work- WOW! I was trying to sell my 2003 Accord, which was in ok shape to begin with, but once they were done with it, literally looked BRAND NEW, especially the interior! Amazing! i can't even begin to explain the amazing job Dan and his team did. as a college student consistently traveling in her car with her dog it.... well it got bad, covered in dog hair, coffee spills, papers, makeup stains... you name it. i picked it up and was in disbelief at how clean it was. it looked cleaner than the day I drove it off the lot. Just had our SUV detailed by Dan. Very impressed with how it came out. It hasn't looked this nice since we bought it, maybe even better because the dash and everything was treated too. Our car came in with a pretty bad smell due to kids spills, I was skeptical it would all go away. The bad smell went completely away. Dan and his team were nice and professional. Price was great too. I intended to put my low milage 15 year old car up for sale, but first brought over to to Dan (behind BJ's) to give it its best effort for getting a good price. Dan did a fantastic job and when he was finished, it looked like it belonged in a commercial. I must say I was more than pleased With the service received from Dan. My car windshield had leaked and caused lots of water damage To the floor of the driver's side of the car Which in turn froze up due to the drop in temperature... Fantastic experience. Had two cars (Mercedes sedan and Hyundai SUV) covered in pine sap. Dan took care of all of it, he steam cleaned the engine of all the Pine needles and debris that had built up over the months. Got the car is back looking like brand new showroom quality.
