We had an issue (one of the locks was still broken) after the rekey and they sent someone back out to fix it fast. Technician was more than polite & helpful on the first look around our new house, and gave helpful advice. Requested a quote for some services, didn't receive quote until several days later and it did not have all the information I requested. Tried to respond a few days later with our decision, didn't hear from them for over 2 weeks until I finally called the corporate office. Got a schedule to get all new locks installed, same technician, perfectly polite. The front door was cracked in the process. I asked about it, was told it was wood rot. I spoke about this with our inspector, they informed us it was NOT wood rot, and we should contact their insurance to get something done about the crack in our front door. Dan's pro lock told us again that it was wood rot, the crack was pre-existing (even though the technician admitted at the visit that it was not), and they were unwilling to come back out because our air conditioning is out (note: we have a window unit, and I told the technician they could stand by it as long as they wanted, which they did. I apologized profusely & this did not seem like an issue at the time of the appointment). tldr; DON'T LET YOUR WARRANTY SEND OUT THIS GROUP. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL & DECEITFUL. read more

What a fantastic experience! The technician who helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable. We've just bought a big old house that had multiple doors with multiple keys some of which didn't open or lock very well. 14 locks in all. He rekeyed and fixed them all, gave us one key set, a great price and even gave us some tips on how to maintain them so they last longer. I hope I keep this house forever and don't need this particular service again but I can highly recommend them to others. read more

Locksmith did not follow work order. Finished half the job and blamed it on my son, without checking with me or Dan's pro-lock. Dans pro-lock made him return to finish the job and he showed up an hour later than the appointment window and the gave me attitude when I commented on how the job had not been finished. He completed the job during this second appointment but locks don't feel smooth when I turn the key, feels tight, like I have to force the lock a bit. May have to call team back and ask for a different locksmith to make lock smoother read more

We were assigned this locksmith through our home warranty company. Throughout the years vendors through the home warranty have been hit or miss. It's a struggle sometimes because I don't have the opportunity to check out reviews on the company before they are assigned. Dan's Pro-Lock was definitely a hit. Alfred came out and rekeyed my new home. He was friendly and professional. He gave us some helpful maintenance info about keeping our locks oiled annually. I didn't even know that was a thing. We were definitely struggling to get the keys into the locks and would have continued to do so until we replaced them (14 locks!), thinking that they were just broken.
