We replied that we still wanted the door. February 12 We reached out. We had to remind him of the transaction on Feb 14 He stated that he had to reach out to see if the door was still there with his supply house. He stated he would need to reach out to the supplier on Monday, March 4th We asked if there was any word on the door on Monday, April 8th. We asked for any updates on the door on Friday April 12th. We asked for a refund on Friday April 12th, and he responded with " Afternoon, if you didn't persist that I reordered the door sir I'd be happy to. I believe I tried to do just that a couple of times sir.. It is already ordered sir. I believe the conversation ended with that being your decision and I left you with.., I'd be in touch when it came in sir. it has not. We responded with " I don't mean to be a nuisance but since it has been almost 2 months since we heard from you, we didn't know what to think? Of course, our first choice is to have the door! I think these other reviews here- from his employees, speak volumes to the kind of person Robert is.
