I called Danville Computer Clinic and they were friendly and understanding. I am new to the area and needed a screen protector installed on my cellphone. My hands are not steady and I prefer having someone else with the experience to do it. I went there and they installed the screen protector within minute. They didn't charge me! The employees are very friendly and helpful. They provide great customer service. I asked them some questions about bringing in an old laptop to get my data transferred to a new laptop. I absolutely will be taking my system back in there again when I have issues with it, these guys did a great job on cleaning and replacing things that needed it if it wasn't to expensive. These guys' eyes must be brown, because they're full of SH#%! Said 3 hours max to finish. Came in well after, and he said, "Oh, we had a run on repairs (keep reading, negated below) we can't finish tonight. I called ahead bc I was leaving town early next day, but, just in case, had family leaving early afternoon. I asked if it would be done by 1pm. He said no!! The store opens at 10 AM...that's 7 HOURS!!! three hours, and four hours next day, to fix a crack in my freaking screen. What. A. Pathetic. Joke. Guys....I have some advice. Wearing glasses doesn't make you a geek, let alone a Computer Nerd. THESE GUYS ARE POSERS!! I called them out and they were just stammering around and giving no explanation except "we got busy" When I left I spoke to one of these specimens on his smoke break. He told me that it we slow, and everyone was trying to get out of there for the night. If you need computer work done, look elsewhere, because these wannabe nerds just aren't cutting it. My son's computer would not play mincraft. took it in and they said that they can fix it not a problem. when i went back to pick it up. I asked, So he will be able to play mincraft now? His response was, "I don't know." Told him that is why I dropped it off. HIs response was "I don't know if it will or not, but i updated some things that needed updated and see that you already paid 50 dollars so we are good" Would not recommend them to fix anything.
