Plus, that dentist was in greenwood and my wife and I had moved to the far west side of Plainfield. So we began searching. Luckily, so luckily, we found Dr. Maupin. When we first got our teeth cleaned here, my wife had 7 cavities and I had 8! That was 6 months after our previous cleaning with the above mentioned, likeable, expensive dentist. So, although he was likeable, he clearly was doing nothing to help our oral health. After 3 years, some fillings, and a multitude of cleanings at Saratoga Family Dental with Dr. Maupin, we still love it here. We recently moved to the north east side of Indianapolis. Our new home is near a plethora of dentists, but we drive 45 miles just to see Dr. Maupin. If you need dental work, get here now. You won't regret your decision.

Dr Lee and his staff really impressed me and did a great job of accommodating for my sons needs and putting us both at ease, as much as possible. Staff is incredibly professional yet, empathic. My fears and concerns as a mother and his fears surrounding having anesthesia for the first time were handled very compassionately. He is now 3 days post op, and we're shocked at how well he's recovering. Both my partner, myself and our daughter had nightmare experiences with wisdom teeth removals, so we were all concerned for him. The instructions they give for aftercare are the most thorough I have ever received. I really feel that has made a huge difference in his recovery. He didn't even want the pain medicine after the first day, just the ibuprofen for shockingly mild swelling. If anyone in our family needs oral surgery in the future, I would return, most definitely.

When I graduated and moved to my own insurance, I ended up switching to a different dentist. When some old issues arose (TMJ related), I was trying to figure out who I would go to who would be trustworthy and helpful. I immediately remembered Dr. Gillum. His website is comprehensive and explains a lot of different treatments that they offer. When I went in for my first appointment, it was amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and took all of the time that I needed in order to share my concerns regarding my jaw and the frequent headaches I had been having. In addition to the wonderful staff, I have found them to be very accommodating when it comes to making payments. They really are just there for the patient. They want you to feel seen, heard, and understood. I work primarily with Kim and LOVE her. This caused concerns because I wanted to begin Invisalign treatment but was unsure because I could not afford or wanted to travel back and forth for monthly Invisalign check-ups as I had been advised by a dentist office here in PHL. I expressed my concern to Dr. Ingram and team, and they set the best treatment plan to accommodate me and my services. By working together, they informed me that I did not have to be seen every month since Invisalign is self-directed. They gave me enough trays until I could be seen in person, and we got through the process on time and without hassle. Aside from the ortho treatment, the Indy dental design team is one of the best. When I had my bi-annual check-up for the first time there, they made me feel comfortable and just seemed happy to be there- thought it was 7 in the morning. The admin assistants are also very nice and accommodating with payments and answering any questions. I'll definitely be flying in for my next wellness check :).
